Troy earned his degree in Business Management with a focus in Real Estate and Management from the University of Kentucky. For more than two decades, he built his career in real estate, helping individuals and investors buy, sell, and manage properties while developing long-standing client relationships along the way.

Troy spent nearly 20 years with Realty Place, where he managed a team working across residential and investment real estate, including single-family, triple-net, multifamily, commercial leasing, and development. He later joined Keller Williams as a Real Estate Investment Specialist, focusing on multifamily and income-producing properties and helping investors identify opportunities and grow their portfolios.

His career eventually expanded into insurance, where Troy worked directly with individuals to understand their needs, compare options, and provide personalized guidance. Across each of these roles, one thing has remained consistent: he enjoys getting to know people, understanding what they’re working toward, and helping them make informed decisions that can have a meaningful impact on their future.

Today, Troy brings that experience to financial services, with a focus on life insurance, retirement strategies, and helping clients preserve the wealth they’ve worked hard to build. Troy believes the best client relationships are personal, built on trust, and grounded in a genuine understanding of what each person is working toward.

Troy also believes having a plan matters in both business and life. One piece of advice he often shares is not to get caught up trying to “keep up with the Joneses.” Instead, he encourages clients to focus on their own priorities, live within their means, and make financial decisions with a clear understanding of what they want to accomplish.

Troy currently lives in Upper Arlington, Ohio, with wife Ashley, his two daughters and their golden retriever. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, college football, golf traveling, and watching his daughter compete in gymnastics.
