Nicole began her education at Central Texas College and also pursued studies in medical billing and cosmetology. Her career has taken her through several industries, beginning in restaurant and retail management before moving into land acquisitions. She later spent four years working in the music industry in Texas, gaining experience in marketing, bookings and the business side of the industry before transitioning into insurance.
Nicole was first licensed in Charleston, South Carolina, in 2016 and went on to spend eight years with American Senior Benefits, working with health, accident and life insurance. Through that experience, she developed a passion for helping people navigate decisions that can often feel overwhelming. She has built her business around genuine care, taking the time to understand each person’s retirement goals and tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
Currently, Nicole’s areas of focus include Medicare, retirement and estate strategies. An advocate by nature, she helps clients understand their options as they prepare for retirement, think about the legacy they want to leave behind or navigate other important financial decisions. She continues to expand her knowledge of tax strategies, business exit strategies and life insurance solutions and is also partnered with Integrated Trust Systems for estate planning services. Her commitment to continually learning reflects one of her favorite quotes from Benjamin Franklin: “An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.”
Originally from Elkhart, Indiana, Nicole now resides in Belleville, Illinois. At 19, she moved to Hawaii and spent much of her early adult life connected to the military and veteran community. Over the years, she has also called Texas, Florida, California, South Carolina, North Carolina and Michigan home, experiences that have given her the opportunity to meet and connect with people from many different backgrounds.
Community involvement has remained important to Nicole throughout those moves. She has participated in food drives through St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in her hometown, volunteered at soup kitchens during the holidays and worked with local churches to provide clothing and household goods to those in need. Her connection to military families and veterans has also remained important to her, and she supports organizations including Shriners Children’s and Wounded Warrior Project.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys playing guitar, tennis, basketball and volleyball, along with spending as much time near the water as she can, whether she’s swimming or surfing. She’s also a football fan, enjoys learning about medicinal herbology and values time spent with her family and pets.
Nicole is insurance licensed in Illinois.
