Denny Dine began his career in 1983 on the trading floors of the Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Board Options Exchange. As options trading became more computerized, he moved into financial advising, first with Edward Jones and then with The Tranel Financial Group.
Raised on the south side of Chicago, Denny grew up the oldest of 10 children and, with his family, developed a life-long love for hockey. Denny graduated from Marist High School and went on to Marquette University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance. Denny and his wife Mary make their home in Hinsdale and have three adult children: Erin, an attorney with McGuire Woods; Catherine, a wealth management analyst in New York; and Dennis Patrick, a senior at the University of Illinois with plans to pursue a Masters Degree in Architecture. In his spare time, Denny loves to read.
