A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management, Adam began his career working for a defense technology firm that developed equipment used to detect chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats. He later contributed to deep-space exploration projects, soldering computer boards used on the Mars Rover. His career eventually took him into technology and real estate sales, where he worked his way up to Vice President of Sales for a Milwaukee-based firm.
While Adam enjoyed the challenge of building businesses and leading teams, he wanted his work to have a more direct impact on people. That desire led him to Orange County, California, where he ran a rehabilitation facility before eventually finding his way into financial services.
Prior to joining Lakeshore, Adam was with Northwestern Mutual, where he led the downtown Milwaukee district and was recognized as Leader of the Year in 2025.
Today, Adam approaches his work with clients with one principle in mind: lead with questions, not solutions. He takes the time to understand what matters to each client, what they want their future to look like and what they want their wealth to make possible. From there, he works with them to build a financial strategy around those priorities.
His areas of focus include risk management, wealth preservation and accumulation, retirement and tax strategies.
Adam also believes financial success isn't measured by numbers alone. He often talks with clients about the idea of “memory dividends”—making sure their financial strategy leaves room for the experiences, people and moments they are working so hard for in the first place.
Outside of his work with clients, Adam is actively involved in the Milwaukee community. He serves as Co-Chair of the 2026 St. Joan Antida Gala and supports the International Institute of Wisconsin, Horizon Home Care & Hospice and Housing Resources, Inc.
Adam and his wife, Mallory, have two dogs: Latte, a 10-year-old “reindeer” Chihuahua, and Rothko, a mini Bernedoodle named after the artist. Outside the office, Adam enjoys live music, art, movies, literature, sports, working out, cooking and entertaining. He also plays the drums and harmonica, can juggle and has a few magic tricks up his sleeve.
Adam credits much of his outlook on work and life to his father, who successfully built a law firm and technology company while never missing the family moments that mattered. It’s an example that continues to shape how Adam approaches his own career and life, along with a piece of advice he carries with him: “The harder you work, the luckier you get.”
